Project Title Optimizing Leadership Development & Curriculum For The Global Good Fund Fellowship
Project Synopsis

What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization?

The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a premier program designed to accelerate the leadership development of social entrepreneurs. As the landscape of professional development evolves, the organization is seeking to enhance and update its fellowship structure in two key areas:
  1. Evaluating & Updating the 360 Leadership Development Tool – The 360-degree leadership assessment tool is a cornerstone of the fellowship program. However, the tool needs a comprehensive evaluation to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with best practices in leadership development.
  2. Integrating Leadership & Skill-Based Curriculum into the Fellowship – The Global Good Fund is looking to benchmark its curriculum against leading fellowship programs, identify gaps, and explore opportunities for integrating skill-based learning into a virtual and scalable model.
The goal of this project is to conduct a cross-market analysis of fellowship programs, identify opportunities for curriculum enhancement and leadership training, assess the current 360-degree tool, and provide a cost-benefit analysis for updates or new tools

What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?

  • Identify key features, curriculum offerings, and best practices from top fellowship models.

  • Conduct an evaluation of the current 360-degree leadership tool.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Compare Hioki’s tool with alternative leadership development assessments.

  • Analyze costs associated with updating the 360 tool vs. creating a new leadership assessment.
  • Evaluate pricing models for leadership development tools and integrated training programs.
  • Provide an implementation roadmap with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
