Students have experience researching and analyzing problems and recommending solutions.

Program Goals
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will:

1. understand the history and evolution of business ethics,
2. understand the relationship between ethics and corporate governance,
3. analyze ethical dilemmas to determine appropriate courses of action,
4. understand the organizational factors that influence decision making and policy,
5. describe key factors within corporate risk areas,
6. differentiate between values, morals, ethics, and social responsibility,
7. understand the impact of current issues on corporate policy, and
8. identify leadership and communication styles that are most effective at mitigating
unethical behavior.
