The students participating in this course are a mix of highly motivated Seniors in undergraduate programs and first-year Master’s students with foundational experience in business analysis, research, and problem-solving. While most have not yet developed a formal business policy, they bring strong analytical skills, an understanding of business needs and functions, and a desire to apply these skills to real-world scenarios. These students are eager to collaborate with industry partners to research complex organizational challenges, explore ethical considerations, and propose actionable policy recommendations.

Program Goals
The learning objectives for this collaboration include:

  1. Understanding Business Policy Development:
    • Learn the processes and frameworks for creating effective business policies that address organizational needs and align with industry best practices.

  2. Ethical Decision-Making:
    • Analyze ethical dilemmas and evaluate how business decisions impact stakeholders, organizations, and society at large.

  3. Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth research on organizational challenges, identify key issues, and develop evidence-based recommendations.

  4. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
    • Apply critical thinking skills to evaluate problems and recommend innovative solutions grounded in policy and ethical considerations.
