| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | We are a growing remote-first organization. What was once a team of a few guys in a garage, P10 has now evolved into geographically dispersed, diverse team. We are seeking to define our remote-connection strategy to ensure that our team continues to form tight bonds as we grow. We are different from other marketing agencies in that we want to support our people and develop a work environment that encourages balance.
|
| Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required | We need to educate leadership on the importance of connection and team bonding. We need to align around the idea number of times to meet during the year and what we should accomplish when we get together. We need to ensure we equip leaders with the fundamental skills to build team culture, and communicate organizational culture.
|
| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | I'd like to see some research-backed recommendations on approaches that we should take to ensure team-work and connection in a remote first environment. Is there a cadence of certain activities that would increase engagement? You could provide recommendations for approaches to measuring team work or engagement in the organization. I'd also be happy to see any training recommendations or potentially have the team deliver some leadership training if it aligns with our vision/timeline.

Measurement methodology
Required Deliverable
Milestone 2: Measurement Methodology to Assess Team EngagementPrinceton10 is interested in measuring and understanding their team engagement. But how do they do this effectively? Research effective methods for measuring team connection, engagement, and trust.
Requirements 1. Introduction. Concise overview of your report – grab the attention of your reader. If you were our case study partner, would this report get your attention? 1. Research findings. Research how to measure team connection, engagement, and trust. What are the trends in this space? How do the trends support high performance culture? 2. Recommendations. Provide a recommendation on how to measure team connection. Assuming a survey is the best method, be sure to include what questions to ask, an explanation of why these are relevant, references to research as well as the recommended survey cadence. Recommendations should balance the need to get data from employees and the risk of driving survey fatigue. If your research uncovers other more effective options, please detail what they are, how Princeton10 can leverage them, why they’re more effective than a survey, a proposed timeline (if applicable), and your research sources.
