Colorado State University
I'm a finance graduate student at Fordham's Gabelli School with a background that spans investment analysis, external consulting, and operations leadership. Before Fordham, I spent a few years supervising a major campus recreation facility at Colorado State, managing teams of up to 25 people, overseeing day-to-day operations across ten departments, and handling everything from budgeting decisions to the occasional life-threatening emergencies. It taught me how to stay sharp when things move fast and the stakes are high.

On the consulting side, I worked with Chemonics International on integrating three acquired companies into a singular Chemonics Europe entity, covering synergy mapping, cost optimization, ERP scoping, and delivering recommendations directly to C-suite leadership.

At Fordham, I'm an analyst in a $1.1M student-managed equity fund where I've pitched long ideas that have outperformed our benchmark. My core skills cover corporate finance; valuation techniques such as DCF, FCFE, DDM, and comparable company analysis; and FP&A work like financial forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, and budgeting.

I'm drawn to work at the intersection of financial analysis and real operational impact.

Skillful Communications
Hey there! I'm Caleb Moseley, and I'm looking forward to working with you on this video production project. I thought I'd share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better:

My background is a mix of video production and project management. Here are a few things about my journey:

  • I started out in film editing. One of my early projects, a short film called "Sirens," won a Best Editing award at the Idylwild International Film Festival. That experience really showed me how powerful visual storytelling can be.
  • Over time, I've edited quite a bit of online course content - over 10 hours worth. It taught me a lot about organizing big video projects and planning for all the moving parts.
  • These days, I manage larger projects that usually involve video content, with some strategic planning mixed in. Recently, I led a 3-month project aimed at increasing our YouTube user engagement. By leveraging YouTube analytics in combination with Notion tags, we successfully boosted our average views per video from 1,200 to 3,769 within a year.
  • I enjoy using tools like Notion to keep video production organized. It's satisfying to see a project come together smoothly (and on time) when you have good systems in place.

When I'm not working on video stuff, I like to go for long runs on trails. It's a nice balance to the time spent in front of screens, and I find it helps clear my head for creative thinking.

I'm excited about this project and getting to know all of you. If you have any questions about video production or project planning - or even about running - feel free to ask!
