About Program Goals
  1. Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to address the challenges of a diverse group of people inside a modern formal organization.
  2. Describe the purpose of human resource management in a modern organization.
  3. Analyze business situations and recommend appropriate human resource management actions.
  4. Interpret and apply course concepts to common human resources situations within an organization.
  5. Describe the relationship between human resources and other common departments within an organization.
  6. Explain the purpose of specific human resources functions.
  7. Demonstrate an understanding of human resource management within a modern organization.
About the Collaboration Format
Class project framed as a live case study for one or more student teams to work on.

  • meeting with our class before each milestone (apx 30 min)
  • providing feedback within three business days of receiving a milestone report
  • providing relevant information so students can successfully complete each milestone
  • sticking to the scope as defined in our project milestones
