  3. Analyze business situations and recommend appropriate human resource management actions.
  4. Interpret and apply course concepts to common human resources situations within an organization.
  5. Describe the relationship between human resources and other common departments within an organization.
  6. Explain the purpose of specific human resources functions.
  7. Demonstrate an understanding of human resource management within a modern organization.

Other Requirements
We're looking for an industry partner who will be excited to share a strategic, research-focused HR challenge so our students can learn more about how human resource management and talent management work in practice. It's a low-maintenance engagement and very flexible, but we do expect partners to be available throughout the term to log in to class to answer questions and provide feedback.
Project Management Time Commitment 1 Hour per week
