Required Deliverable
Milestone 1: Present Understanding of our BusinessComplete this deliverable by using any data or resources provided by Princeton10, your own research, and the concepts you’re learning in your program. Create a detailed and concise business presentation that details who Princeton10 is as a company: what they do, who their target clients are, and what their culture is. Think of this as the baseline report to help you understand the company’s current status.
Requirements Submit a well-designed[1], accessible[2], and visually appealing slide deck that includes the following: 1. Introduction. Concise overview or agenda – grab the attention of your audience. If you were our case study partner, would this get your attention? 2. Introduction to the organization. Demonstrate your understanding of who Princeton10 is. Include relevant details about the organization, mission, clients, and culture. 3. Research findings. Research the typical organizational and team challenges within the marketing agency space. Provide details on the top three (3) to five (5) challenges. Ensure you’ve used credible sources and include citations (as footnotes or endnotes). 4. Research findings. Research common challenges for building team engagement in a remote environment. Provide details on the top three (3) to five (5) challenges. Ensure you’ve used credible sources and include citations (as footnotes or endnotes). 5. References Include an APA formatted reference list with active hyperlinks. Milestone 2: Measurement Methodology to Assess Team EngagementPrinceton10 is interested in measuring and understanding their team engagement. But how do they do this effectively? Research effective methods for measuring team connection, engagement, and trust.
Requirements 1. Introduction. Concise overview of your report – grab the attention of your reader. If you were our case study partner, would this report get your attention? 1. Research findings. Research how to measure team connection, engagement, and trust. What are the trends in this space? How do the trends support high performance culture? 2. Recommendations. Provide a recommendation on how to measure team connection. Assuming a survey is the best method, be sure to include what questions to ask, an explanation of why these are relevant, references to research as well as the recommended survey cadence. Recommendations should balance the need to get data from employees and the risk of driving survey fatigue. If your research uncovers other more effective options, please detail what they are, how Princeton10 can leverage them, why they’re more effective than a survey, a proposed timeline (if applicable), and your research sources.
