About Students
This is an online, asynchronous course with no required meeting time. Students in this course are early in their Master's program or seniors in their bachelor's program. Students will be learning team building concepts within the course and applying those concepts to this case.

About Program Goals
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will:
1.      explain the general concepts of academic and business teamwork,
2.      discuss effective team leadership and membership,
3.      describe inhibitors and facilitators of team functioning, 
4.      describe effective virtual team performance, and
5.      discuss problem-solving within teams.
